nathanael major

The mirror of the soul, Nathanael, defines himself above all as a sculptor. He holds a wealth of knowledge with various materials. Metal has become his preferred medium for his works. This cold and rigid material inspires him.

With his unique way of hammering metal, he manages to create imposing sculptures. He brings forth disturbing and sensitive characters. Some forms on the material deliberately remain raw, stemming from a letting go; he likes to leave traces that tell the history of the work.

Other forms, worked more ardently, give remarkable finesse to the metal. Nathanael creates metal faces that could be described as strange, perhaps offering a feeling of unease in a form of ugliness. Others will be enchanted by the brilliance of beauty or emotions becoming messengers of the work itself. The mirror effect of the metal in the eyes of his sculptures exists to look inside oneself.

The artist creates works that lead us to reflect on ourselves. Narcissism and ego, values to meditate on how we see ourselves and what we want to reveal. Who are we really? Who do we want to be? Some will say that in this reflection, they perceive their soul. Looking at a work by Nathanael is to look at ourselves. His larger-than-life sculptures leave no one indifferent.

MADROSE

Madrose is an international burlesque performer who has been elevating her craft for the past 10 years and never fails to seduce the audience with her fiery passion. She skillfully unfolds each moment dripping in emotion, utilizing theatrical poetry. She has shared her art in New York, Vancouver, Prague, Berlin, New Orleans, Hollywood and Burlesque Hall Of Fame’s « Movers, Shakers Innovators » showcase in Las Vegas. MARIKLODE TARDI

Sometimes a musician, sometimes a writer, or even a photographer, Mariklôde was a nurse for almost a decade before completing a bachelor’s degree in communications and literature. She then quickly moved into journalism and returned to the world of performing arts before starting a master’s degree where she studied the concept of degrowth. Sensitive to questions of social and environmental justice, her art touches on activism but is above all born from the hole caused by the great absence of empathy in our contemporary societies.

michi kokodji

Michi Kokodji is a bold and provocative visual artist from Tiohtià:ke, where she currently resides. Her work delves into themes of human intimacy, vulnerability, and surrealism. Her art, characterized by intricate line work and vibrant color contrasts, challenges societal norms and explores the complexities of human relationships. In her recent pieces, Michi merges elements of the fantastical and the grotesque, creating compositions that are both mesmerizing and unsettling.

Her unique style captures the raw, unfiltered emotions of her subjects, inviting viewers to confront their own perceptions of beauty and desire. Michi also undertakes occasional commissions, which reshapes her perspective while working with the sometimes hidden and highly personal sides of her patrons. This collaborative process allows her to explore new dimensions of intimacy and personal expression, further enriching her artistic journey. A significant aspect of Michi’s work is her exploration of deep taboo kinks, which she presents in a ludicrous and exaggerated manner. This approach not only challenges the viewer’s preconceived notions but also opens a dialogue about the diverse spectrum of human desires and fantasies.

By incorporating these elements into her art, Michi invites her audience to question and reflect on the boundaries of societal norms and personal inhibitions. Michi participated in Kink Art 3rd edition.

STIIEE BOPRIE

Poète en résidence

The boy has been writing for the last 45 years, the man has been kinking for the last 30. Stiiee Boprie was born somewhere between the two. Suddenly. In a sadistic, violent, jolt.

Probably in a moment of post-nut clarity.

Very certainly in the eyes of his partner at the time.

The jolt, not the nut.

Stiiee Boprie’s creative process finds itself between passion and rage, where everything is possible.

His violence is a dichotomy, in the sense that the artist’s depravation and violence are fueled by the man’s empathy and kindness. What he chooses to break and burn down comes from the knowledge of what he needs to build, feed, encourage and share.

His texts are full of playfulness, lyricism, movement, repetition and alliteration. What makes a song, if not the Song itself?

He is in search of deep connections with the other, whether the reaction be great or minute, held back.

Note : Stiiee has been on our performance stage since Kink Art 1, making us all drool with her sadistic poetry. We are happy to have him back again, and again.

SVAÎ

A photographer for over 15 years, Svai has explored several facets of this medium: landscape photography, product photography, macrophotography, corporate photography… eventually moving towards event photography and portraiture, including boudoir and cosplay photography.

A fan of futurism and aesthetics, he quickly developed a keen interest in textile textures, especially those of leather, latex, and PVC. The contrast of materials or decor, often white or minimalist, also plays an important role in the composition of his images.

Although relatively anonymous, the setups he creates offer the viewer an incursion into his imagination, guiding their senses through the composition or pose of the subject. / Svai participates in Kink Art for the 2nd time as he was noticed in the 3rd edition for the quality and aesthetics of his photography

the rouge color

Rouge is a queer, self-taught artist. She creates erotic illustrations as well as acrylic and watercolor paintings.

VALERIE LABELLE-DESMARAIS

Artistic practice refuses to take only one form but often revolves around the landscape and the fluid nature of memory. She paints abstract landscapes with beeswax and screenprints found photos that she has modified as if they were images of her own blurry memories. Valérie holds a bachelor’s degree in visual arts from Université Laval (which is not located in Laval). This is the « serious » side of what I humbly call her art.

For the rest, Valérie has fun. Some people do Sudoku, she likes to do classical drawing, sing and write songs, sew corsets and strange costumes. She is too curious for her own good and doesn’t like having to choose. / Valérie participated in Kink Art 3 and returns for our greatest pleasure.

VAMPI

During Montreal’s beautiful summer weather, he paints en plein air. He studied law and graphic design for a few years in Peru. Here, he is self-taught in the art of plein-air painting. He has around 3 years of experience in the BDSM/ kink scene of Montreal. During this time, he started a journey of self-discovery, and following the steps of one of his art idols, Egon Schiele, he strives to portray his kinky experiences with his drawings and paintings.

vie

Vie is an artist born in Québec, to parents of the haitian diaspora in Montreal. For them, music is a way to move and express oneself in this existence rather than being a form of entertainment. Willcat + cowboygirldog & kitsunot

Kitsunot (she/her) is a healthcare practitioner struggling with mental illness who has since found solace and empowerment through her journey in kink. Her background in medicine gave rise to a unique artistic interest in medical play, which allowed her to express herself while meeting some sadistic needs. When she isn’t giving pain, she is receiving it – giving her precious release from various emotional struggles, and helping her process past traumas. Through her connections with partners, she has found ways to collaborate in high risk kinky activities that are planned and controlled, steering her away from other risky coping mechanisms.

Cowboygirldog (they/he/she) is a chronically ill kinkster who has been finding ways to stay active, sexy and creative while dealing with daily chronic pain through engaging in masochistic play. They also have always had a tendency to dabble in risky behaviors and activities but since they found BDSM, they are able to scratch that itch in a safe(r) way.

Willcat (she/they) is an educator, artist, and experienced shibari practitioner, known for their methodical yet artistic approach to rope bondage. With a practice rooted in both technical precision and emotional depth, Willcat’s style emphasizes a profound understanding of intent, communication, movement, and connection. Their approach blends intentional, slow movements with refined martial influences, bridging Japanese tradition with a touch of Western teaching styles to create an aesthetic that is as functional as it is visually captivating. Driven by a commitment to safe(r) practices, Willcat’s teachings inspires partners to deepen their connections and confidently explore boundaries. Through their work, Willcat fosters an informed and respectful approach to rope, guiding others to find the beauty in every carefully crafted intention & movement all the while honing their own art.

Together these three are romantic partners and close friends, supporting each other and creating this project together with love.
